With the recent opening of so many authentic Italian restaurants in Salt Lake over the past 24 months or so, and the personal opportunity to visit Tuscany last fall, when Devour announced it was producing a pasta issue, I jumped at the chance to highlight this wonderful cuisine. Luckily, we have restaurants that represent nearly every region of Italy so it’s easy to tour the entire country without even leaving the city.
