Five Utah restaurants featured in the Ambiance issue of Devour Utah

When I write restaurant reviews, one factor I consider is the ambiance of the place. Sometimes, when the cuisine is fast-casual, the environment matters less to the overall experience–but when the decor and feel of the place helps create a sense of place for the cuisine, it’s a good guess that the food will be memorable.

In the September issue of Devour Utah, I explore the ambiance behind four Park City dining destinations and one in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City. To read about the environment behind the food at Finca, Handle, Riverhorse on Main, Glitretind and Tupelo see the digital issue.
