Prosecco Flight & Bite at Stanza Italian Bistro & Wine Bar

Stanza Italian Bistro & Wine Bar will be featuring a series of Prosecco tastings along with paired bites on Wednesday, December 7 from 5-7 p.m.

The offering is part of wine educator and sommelier Jimmy Santangelo’s “Flight & Bite” happening the first Wednesday of every month. Santangelo hand selects two wines every month and educates diners about the nuances of each. Most of these selections are brought into the state by special order and will be sold in flights in the restaurant the remainder of the month, while supplies last.

The cost of the Prosecco pairing is $13 for wine and includes two 2-1/2 oz. splashes of wine and two bites ($3) of Stanza’s Italian Bistro cuisine that have been carefully paired with the flavor profile of each wine selection.

The Flight & Bite program is a great way to celebrate #WineWednesday at a size and price point perfect for exploration. Meet up after work with friends for a splash of bubbly and a quick appetizer or make it a night out with additional samplings of wines available in 3 oz. and 6 oz. servings. Guests are also welcome to stay into the evening for a full dinner at Stanza.

Celebrate this holiday season with a series of sparkling wines as Santangelo and guests dive deep into the nooks and crannies of Prosecco and taste the best sparkling wine of the area.
