Whether you just need a few extra sides or desserts to complete your Thanksgiving feast or want the entire meal ready-made to pop in the oven and serve, Utah restaurants and bakeries have got you covered for Thanksgiving takeout on turkey day. Just make sure to plan ahead and get your orders in soon.
Pies and Baked Goods
If you ask most people, the desserts are far and away the best part of Thanksgiving. And new research shows that pumpkin pie holds the title of the favorite Thanksgiving dessert in 41 states, including Utah. But we all know that good cooks aren’t often bakers so sometimes it’s best to leave the sweets to the professionals. Here are some local bakeries whipping up sugary delights that your guests will gobble up.

Thanksgiving Meals
For those who’ve attempted to cook the entire Thanksgiving meal at home from scratch, sometimes some truths of the kitchen become apparent: 3 CrockPots are ideal for this meal. You must remove an oven rack to fit a turkey, thereby leaving little room for anything else to warm. If you’ve faced these obstacles over the years, perhaps your emotional bandwidth and/or your spouse are nudging you to utilize some professional help for various parts (or all) of the meal this year. Read on to put your gastronomic game plan together.
