Chef Anny Sooksri featured in Utah Stories

November 8, 2016 By Heather King Leave a Comment

img_0803Once you meet chef Anny Sooksri, you never forget her. A spitfire from Thailand, Anny is also the owner and chef at three Salt Lake restaurants–Tea Rose Diner, Chabaar Beyond Thai and Siam Noodle Bar.

I sat down with Chef Anny last month to talk about her signature dish–kow soi. You can find it on the menu at Chabaar and Tea Rose and she shares her recipe for it here.
