Hamachi Sushi Bar reviewed in The Salt Lake Tribune

Get the salmon. Any and all of it. Although all the fish is excellent at Hamachi, the salmon in all its various preparations is rich and fatty and some of the best I’ve had in Salt Lake. For parties, there’s nothing like the sushi cake to celebrate everyone’s love of fresh fish and creative expression with food. And Red Butte concerts scream for several orders of lollipop rolls to share. Don’t miss Hamachi.
