The history of Jell-O in Utah and beyond

With the Pioneer Day holiday on the horizon, it will be no surprise to see Jell-O salads at upcoming celebrations centered around the Mormon pioneering spirit. So I collected some long-time favorites from Utah’s along with the jiggly stuff’s history that extends far beyond the Land of Zion.
