Pago Cellar Reserve Wine Dinner
September 10
Pago owner and restauranteur Scott Evans writes that it’s been more than two years since he’s hosted a wine dinner at Pago. So this month, he’s pulled out some exceptional wines from the cellar to pair with Executive Chef Jon DuBois’ summer tasting menu. The event begins at 6 p.m. and total cost is $378.38 all inclusive. A food-only menu is available for $95.
“Most of these wines are highly allocated and not available to consumers or restaurants,” the Pago Group Founder and Sommelier says. “Specifically, Paolo Bea‘s ‘Cerrete’ from Umbria and Raventos i Blanc ‘Mas Del Serral’ sparkling wine from Conca del Riu Anoia (Penedes, Spain) have never been offered in Utah and are the wineries top bottlings. Each of these wines are well over $200 per bottle on the wine list and to taste six rare wine creatures together is something not be missed.”
Please note that seating is limited to 18 guests. Purchase *tickets here.
