Join Meditrina this Sunday, August 12 from 4-7 p.m. at a fundraising event for Primary Children’s Hospital.
The event will feature organic/bio-dynamic European wines paired with four carefully crafted food offerings by the chefs at Meditrina. Matching up with Bon Vivant Imports‘ selection of wines, much of the produce served will come directly from chef and owner Jen Gilroy’s own organic garden or from local farmers markets.
- Taste One: Summer harvest ceviche paired with Redentore Prosecco
- Taste Two: Louisiana-style BBQ oyster with Mic Vinho Verde
- Taste Three: Local peach, heirloom tomato and ricotta toast, lemon thyme and a white wine reduction with Bodegas Ruchel Godello
- Taste Four: Morgan Valley Lamb tostada with cucumber-mint-radish salsa verde and feta with Stekar Merlot
Cost of the event is $25 for food and $25 for the optional wine pairing. The total also includes a $10 donation to Primary Children’s.
