Twelve of Utah’s best food writers and bloggers got together for a Thanksgiving potluck to enjoy their favorite dishes for the holiday.
Not only did I get the chance to write about Aimee Cook’s smoked turkey, Darby Doyle’s salmon rillette and Annalise Sandberg’s garlic herb crescent rolls but also share our favorite Thanksgiving green vegetable: apple cider Brussels sprouts.
