Bill White Farms introduces Earthganic farming

Utah residents have long known Park City restauranteur Bill White as a man cut from a different cloth. His eight restaurants span the cuisine landscape from Italian to Mexican and bakery to bar. But his latest venture keeps him firmly rooted in the dirt–of his own farms.
