Gourmandise’s Salmon en Croute

Few dishes are as visually spectacular as this one, found on the daily dinner menu and weekend brunch menu at both the downtown and Draper locations of Gourmandise The Bakery.

The salmon en croute features handcut puff pastry, fresh salmon and earthy spinach that’s finished with a creamy lobster sauce.
