A Cheesy Destination: The Creamery in Beaver, Utah

The Utah Department of Transportation estimates that 17,000 vehicles drive through Beaver, Utah on I-15 each day. And cheese curds are probably not the first thing on any traveler’s mind along that corridor.

But the Dairy Farmers of America aim to change that with the recent opening of their new 11,250-square-foot retail and café concept store called The Creamery where visitors can sample and purchase farm-fresh cheese and three flavors of squeaky cheese curds from milk sourced from dairy farmers within a 25-mile radius.
